We are looking for a diligent and reliable House Cleaner who is fluent in Arabic, possesses their own transportation, and has a passion for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within residential properties, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in various rooms of residential properties.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated areas according to established standards and client preferences.
• Organize and tidy up spaces by arranging furniture, decluttering, and maintaining a neat appearance throughout the property.
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes as needed.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure overall tidiness in bedrooms.
• Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste in accordance with disposal guidelines.
• Assist with occasional household tasks such as grocery shopping, running errands, and light meal preparation if required.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning preferences, address any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, report any maintenance issues or shortages, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, use proper cleaning techniques and products, and follow protocols for handling hazardous materials.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking clients.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (car) for commuting to client locations.
• Proven experience as a House Cleaner or similar role in residential cleaning services.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage workload effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in residential cleaning.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, respect client privacy, and uphold professional standards at all times.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various environments.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client schedules and business demands.
